We are looking for a motivated Product Owner who will shape the vision, roadmap, and delivery of our data products. In this role, you ensure that our data platforms, models, and insights deliver measurable business value by connecting organizational goals with technical execution.

Your tasks

* Collaborate directly with data engineers, scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand needs and prioritize features
* Define data product categories and ensure alignment across teams
* Support stakeholders in defining metrics and insights that connect decisions with data-driven evidence
* Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements
* Drive data quality and the development of scalable data solutions for smarter, faster decision-making across the company
* Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing stakeholder needs with long-term product quality
* Continuously improve data products by transforming feedback into iterative enhancements
* Ensure proper and up-to-date documentation as a foundation for product clarity and success

Your profile

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand details and connect them to the bigger picture
* Experience motivating and aligning cross-functional teams, with openness to different viewpoints
* Ability to structure ambiguous information and turn it into a clear, comprehensible product direction
* Understanding of key elements of the data ecosystem (data warehouses/lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, analytics tools, data governance)
* Experience as a Product Owner, Data Product Manager, or similar role in a data-focused environment is a plus
* Excellent communication skills, able to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders with ease
* Curious, proactive mindset with a genuine interest in how data creates business value
