Requirements Manager (f/m/d)

As a Requirements Manager (f/m/d) in Bergheim (Salzburg) or Vienna, you will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
* Develop and maintain innovative solutions
* Act as an interface between business and implementation teams
* Manage change requests and ensure alignment with stakeholders
* Support projects, rollouts and release planning

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

* Degree in business, IT or equivalent experience
* Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP, Infor LN) and IT projects
* English skills, German is a plus
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Adaptable and eager to learn, with a readiness to embrace new technologies
