Internship Reimbursement (f/m/d)

We are looking for a motivated student who would like to start a 6-month internship at our Bergheim, Salzburg location in the Center of Excellence Department, focusing on the Reimbursement process.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

* Support reimbursement projects with a focus on financial analysis and documentation
* Track and evaluate reimbursement and refund values, prepare performance reports, and coordinate related review meetings
* Co-develop KPI dashboards to monitor and visualize key performance indicators.
* Collaborate on the setup of a supplier quality system, working cross-functionally with various departments
* Assist in SAP and Claim-on-Supplier implementation projects, ensuring smooth process integration and data accuracy

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

* Completed or ongoing studies in business administration or a related field, with experience in quality management and a general understanding of finance
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel), with a basic understanding of Power BI and SAP/ERP systems
* Independent, solution-oriented working style combined with a technical mindset
* Excellent command of English, German is a plus
* High degree of flexibility, strong communication skills, and ability to manage tasks autonomously

For this position, considering the collective agreement for the metal industry, a gross monthly salary of EUR 1,949.22 is paid on a full-time basis.
