What you'll be handling:

* Responsibility for managing development projects from project acceptance to successful completion
* Planning, controlling and continuously updating project deadlines, resources and budgets
* Leading and coordinating the project team, including organising meetings and documenting results
* Monitoring and reporting on deadlines, costs and quality, as well as active risk management
* Ensuring compliance with defined requirements, processes, guidelines and standards
* Promoting open communication, a feedback culture and a strong team spirit
* Participating in the continuous development of the product development process

What you'll need:

* At least 3 years of experience in project management in the software environment
* Experience in software development in the context of plant engineering is an advantage
* Knowledge of state-of-the-art development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and project management methods
* Experience with complex projects and distributed development teams
* Business fluent English
* Independence and assertiveness
* Very good communication skills
* Ideally, PMA certification and experience with MS Project and JIRA

We offer an attractive and competitive salary, based on qualifications and professional experience. The collective agreement stipulates a minimum gross annual salary of EUR 53.463 for a full-time position.
