IT:U is a new technical university in Austria (Linz) dedicated to digital transformation, driven by interdisciplinary research and project-based learning toactively shape this transformation and advance it with a solution-oriented approach.

Digital Workplace Specialist(m/w/d) *

Your tasks and responsibilities:

* Lead the setup and continuous improvement of the digital workplace ecosystem
* Administer and evolve an employee engagement platform
* Design and maintain SharePoint structures for document management and collaboration
* Build and manage a Confluence-based knowledge base and collaboration spaces
* Ensure seamless integration between platforms and alignment with IT architecture
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, monitor usage and drive adoption
* Evaluate and implement additional tools to enhance the digital workplace
* Provide documentation and support for the employees through workshops and internal training sessions

Your strengths and skills:

* Academic degree in the field of IT, Business Informatics or related field
* Several years of experience in digital workplace management, IT collaboration tools, employee engagement platforms
* Skills in SharePoint, Confluence, Microsoft 365 (certifications in these fields are an asset)
* Hands-on experience in designing and implementing user-centric digital solutions
* Proficiency in English at a professional and negotiation level
* Proactive mindset with strong communication skills, a user-focused approach,creative problem-solving ability, and the capacity to drive change collaboratively

Competitive compensation starting from EUR 53.000 yearly gross salary, with the possibility of overpayment based on qualifications and experience.
