YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Build up IT Security from scratch - Driving IT Security from framework conception to hands-on implementation
* Push boundaries of conventional security by integrating emerging technologies (e.g. AI-based threat analysis, cloud-native security tools)
* Implement, administrate and monitor security solutions such as SIEM, IDS/IPS/XDR and endpoint protection
* Provide training and initiatives to enhance employees' awareness of IT security
* Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure compliance with security standards and be a driving force in shaping a forward-thinking security culture across the organization
* Identify cyber threats, security vulnerabilities and monitor published software updates, establish SOC / ISMS and analyze the Zero Trust firewall solution

YOUR STRENGTHS AND SKILLS

* Academic degree in the field of IT Security, Informatics or equivalent qualification
* Several years of professional experience in the field of IT Security
* Profound knowledge of network security, cryptography and security protocols
* Experience with security solutions such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs and endpoint protection
* Security certifications (e.g. ISO 27001, CISSP, CISM, CEH or equivalent) are an asset and you continuously stay up to date with the latest security paradigms and approaches
* Negotiation-level proficiency in English and German
* Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and team-oriented mindset

Competitive compensation starting from EUR 4.600,00 monthly gross salary, with the possibility of overpayment based on qualifications and experience.
