The Digital Web Services (DWS) team is the department within Erste Digital responsible for all operational tasks related to Prime Applications for Digital Banking with a focus on George AT.

What to do:

• ensure that changes are incorporated into regular operations
• document these adaptions in various documentation tools
• perform root cause analysis with a wide range of monitoring and observability tools
• manage incidents
• work on the further development and optimization of operational and business processes

You check these boxes:

• Experience with the operation of applications
• Familiarity with Cloud and/or On-prem infrastructure
• Experience in application performance monitoring (APM) is a benefit, preferably Dynatrace or Grafana
• Good knowledge of Unix and Red Hat Enterprise Linux
• Ability to work in a team and excellent communication and presentation skills
• Know How of scripting and programming languages, especially for web applications with Java, JavaScript and HTML
• Excellent English and German skills both written and verbal
