The Product team drives the vision and strategy that shape our digital experiences. This role connects data, design, and technology to deliver products that inspire and engage users. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Product Manager ensures that every feature, interaction, and decision is grounded in user insight and measurable impact.

Your tasks

* Conducts and leverages user research, data insights, and A/B testing to inform product decisions
* Collaborates with UX designers and researchers to create seamless and engaging experiences
* Defines and tracks key success metrics (KPIs) for the assigned product area
* Translates strategy into actionable product requirements and prioritization
* Partners with engineering to ensure high-quality execution and timely delivery
* Works with data analytics tools to uncover opportunities and validate hypotheses
* Synthesizes product research and translates insights into concrete actions
* Understands app and website ecosystems -- how they are built, measured, and optimized

Your profile

* Proven experience in product management or a related analytical role
* Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, FullStory, Figma, Tableau, and Google Analytics
* Strong analytical mindset, skilled in interpreting data, market trends, and competitive insights
* Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
* Solid technical understanding to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
* Knowledge of UX design principles and ability to advocate for user-centered decisions
* Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies for managing backlogs and delivery cycles
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
