IT Support Technician (f/m/d)*

Your tasks and responsibilities:

* Providing technical IT support for end users on site, by telephone or ticketsystem
* Diagnosis, documentation and resolution of hardware and software problems
* Installation, configuration and maintenance of IT systems, applications, mobilephones and IT workplace
* Support for audio and video conferencing systems, including setup andtroubleshooting for meeting rooms and during university events
* Training and support for end users in the use of IT systems
* Creation and maintenance of documentation and knowledge base
* Compliance with IT guidelines and security standards
* Collaborating with other IT teams to solve complex problems

Your strengths and skills:

* Completed IT apprenticeship, IT technical school, HTL (partial), (partial) studiesin the IT field or corresponding practical experience
* Enjoy contact with students and employees
* Ability to work in a team, flexibility and service orientation
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 / Entra / Teams / Sharepoint / Intune /Powershell and Windows 11 (Mac and Linux desirable)
* Very good written and spoken communication skills (German and English)

Competitive compensation starting from EUR 36.400 yearly gross salary, with thepossibility of overpayment based on qualifications and experience.
