Internship: Operational Support for Configuration and Requirements Management (f/m/div)

We are looking for a student which supports our team and keeps our projects up and running! In your new role, you are working with our development team, and support them with requirement and change management. You will learn how to manage changes, coordinate product data management, and maintain the product databases.

In your new role you will:

* Support our team with requirements and keep our projects up and running
* Support our development team by learning how to manage changes, coordinate product data management, and maintain the product databases
* Use our corporate IT platforms and provide assistance in pre-processing and post-processing data
* Maintain knowledge database with textual and graphical contents, access rights management
* Keep up the configuration setup and maintenance of product development project data, with a focus on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and robust configuration management processes
* Interact with the internal team as well as the external developer teams at international sites
* Set up and maintain weekly reports of large data using dedicated reporting tools
* Enable AI based solutions

Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 12 months

You successfully meet the requirements, if you are a motivated and committed student from the field of Computer Science, Physics, Engineering or similar. You are best equipped for this task if you additionally offer:

* Willingness to develop yourself, learn how to work in an agile style within a professional environment and get things done with high quality
* Well-organized and structured way of working
* Excellent communication skills and consider yourself a team player
* Desire to work in an international team and coordinate your efforts with the efforts of the team members
* Knowledge with respect to IT tools and interest to learn about Requirement Management and Change Management activities and tools
* Programming and scripting skills are crucial. An understanding of APIs is essential, while hands-on experience working with APIs is considered a significant plus. You are open to using AI-based tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve processes and solve problems creatively
* A very good command of English, German is a plus

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2025.pdf).
