Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the requirement activities as well as design and implement processes for the P2P (Purchase to Pay) process. You have strong ties to stakeholders in our organization and work closely together to improve our process landscape, create and implement product specific requirements. With your knowledge and passion for procurement and processes, you will work with a dedicated team to further develop the area.

• Carrying out requirements analyses & formulation of requirements
• Review and creation of requirement process specifications or user stories and identification of improvement potential
• Responsible for the system administration and maintenance of SAP
• Carrying out customizations for SAP
• Adaption and monitoring of interfaces such as CIG
• Execution of system tests in the function of a 2nd level support
• Management of external procurement and IT consultants in specific projects
• Conducts risk assessments

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of work experience in a comparable position with recorded success with digital transformational projects
• Advances proficiency with ERP-Systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA
• Excellent analytical and project management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
• Proactive approach towards problem solving
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail
• Excellent command of written and spoken English

With us you will receive an attractive annual gross salary from 63.000,- EUR (plus bonus, KV Metallgewerbe). Depending on your experience, this can also be higher.
