Tasks

• Build global Data Science capabilities from scratchDefine best practices for a scalable AI ecosystem
• Own and enhance ML solutions like Sales Demand Forecasting
• Develop LLM-based Virtual Service Assistants for customer service
• Shape intents, set guardrails, and integrate with SAP using RAG and conversational AI
• Translate model outputs into strategies for e.g. Sales, Planning & Controlling
• Drive adoption via SAC and embed insights into decision-making

Skills

• 5+ years in applied ML for business impact
• Expert in Python; strong SQL skills incl. SAP integration
• Experience with Big Data & ML pipelines (Azure, Databricks, Snowflake)
• Skilled in software engineering tools (e.g., GitLab)
• Proficient in MLOps (e.g., MLflow) and orchestration (e.g., Airflow, Azure ML)
• Able to turn vague business needs into clear data science solutions
• Strong communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborative team player in dynamic environments

The minimum gross salary for this position is EUR 3.654,94 per month on a full-time basis. We offer a compensation package that significantly reflects your skills and experience.
