Your Role
The Frontend cluster is responsible for the planning, quality and productivity of its semiconductor manufacturing and drives related process and manufacturing innovations.

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Quality Assurance: Implementation and documentation of software tests
* Knowledge Management: Support for wiki maintenance and design
* User Support: Assistance with user requests
* Training and Content Development: Contribution to the creation of videos and training materials
* Data Analytics and Reporting: Assistance with data analyses and creation of reports

Type of employment: Temporary / Full-time or Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 12 months

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

You successfully meet the requirements, if you are a motivated and committed student (f/m/div) from the field of Industrial engineering, Business informatics, Economics or similar. You are best equipped for this task if you additionally offer:

* Technical Skills: Knowledge of MS Office programs, experience in creating e-learning modules, software demos, and screen recordings, ideally basic knowledge of a programming language (knowledge of AI, Python is an advantage)
* Organizational Skills: Ability to prepare topics in a structured, systematic manner, have a service oriented and curious working style, showing initiative and ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Language Skills: Fluency in English and German language is required

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2025.pdf).
