We are looking for an experienced

TECH LEAD C/C++ AND PYTHON (M/F/D)

to join our engineering team in Graz. This role is ideal for experienced developers with an interest in technical leadership. The ideal candidate will demonstrate motivation, curiosity, and a willingness to grow and will have passion for collaborative work and continuous improvement.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Technical software lead for an existing product line covering both components in series production and customer specific features
* Design and implementation of software as part of an interdisciplinary project team covering product features as well as related production-, test-, and maintenance-tools
* Continuous improvement of the existing software architecture
* Maintenance of existing software components and continuous integration toolchains
* Contribution to the continuous improvement of the software quality
* Documentation of software features for internal and external customers

REQUIREMENTS:

* University Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
* Experience as software developer for industrial applications in a Linux environment
* Strong development skills in C/C++ and Python
* Previous experience in a leading role is as plus
* Experience with build systems and continuous integration infrastructure
* Open-minded team-player with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Fluent in German and English
