Feature Lead * (Product Owner) - Digital Banking

Responsibilities

* Own a defined product sub-domain end-to-end, including roadmap, priorities, and delivery outcomes
* Drive a small team and work closely with the overall App or Web Product Owner
* Turn product ideas into structured, high-quality inputs that agentic workflows can use
* Provide clear problem statements, competitor insights, constraints, and value propositions
* Break initiatives into scoped user stories with precise acceptance criteria
* Use agentic tools (WorkIQ, MCP, VS Code integrations) to create stories, pull behaviour from code, validate assumptions, and deliver requirements in Markdown
* Refine AI-generated outputs into final, developer-ready requirements
* Use AI agents to interpret backend, mobile, and portal code to understand system behaviour
* Analyse data models, logs, and APIs (with AI assistance) to uncover rules and dependencies
* Ensure planned changes align with system architecture and constraints
* Write high-quality, constraint-aware stories in Gherkin (Given/When/Then) format
* Ensure stories meet Definition of Ready and include AI-ready acceptance criteria
* Keep stories small, unambiguous, and aligned across front-end, backend, and APIs
* Collaborate closely with engineers, UX, and QA to remove ambiguity and align expectations
* Analyse competitor apps & portals and bring structured insights into roadmap decisions
* Support data-driven prioritisation using SQL/PowerBI where needed
* Track delivery outcomes, remove blockers, and drive features from idea to production
* Provide clear post-launch reporting with data and visualisations
* Own feature and audit topic closure without reminders
* Make informed decisions on feature scope and UX in alignment with area leads
* Join our team in defining a new post-SCRUM way of work in the agentic era - where developers are closer to product, and product is closer to code.
* Enhance agentic development workflows as new patterns emerge
* Ensure clarity, structure, and pragmatic decision-making across your domain

About You

Skills & Experience

* 3+ years in product ownership or system/business analysis, ideally in fast-paced or start-up environments
* Ability to interpret system behaviour by navigating code with AI assistance
* Strong experience writing high‑quality user stories and Gherkin acceptance criteria
* Comfortable using tools like VS Code, Postman, and/or API explorers
* Excellent analytical skills and structured problem‑solving
* Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management
* Experience in digital banking, apps, web portals, or microservices (nice to have)
* Fluent in English mandatory, German language skills optional

For this position, the collective agreement stipulates a minimum annual gross salary of EUR3.272,23 on a full-time basis. Depending on your experience and qualifications, we are willing to offer a higher salary.
