Senior Process & Data Expert in Operations (f/m/d)

Become a Senior Process and Data Expert in the global Operations Team! With strong alignment to both regional and local Process Experts, you will set new standards, support the implementation, and manage deviations from the defined standards. A strong analytical background combined with a hands-on mentality helps you to find solutions and make informed decisions about which action to take next. In addition, you also know how to work in projects and how to lead them.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

* Design and govern global end-to-end business processes
* Act as decision authority for process standards and deviations
* Drive business impact, with success measured through defined performance KPIs
* Ensure systems and data consistently enforce desired process outcome
* Lead cross-functional change across regions without line authority

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

* Strong end-to-end process expertise in global organizations
* Solid business & financial understanding
* Experience with ERP-based process environments (e.g., SAP S/4HANA)
* Proven process governance and decision-making capability
* High stakeholder influence, resilience, and global mindset

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53.241,02. based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
